How We Work

Direct from the factory.
We import directly from our suppliers in China, with an independent quality control team inspecting machines before they are loaded into the container.

Pre delivery inspection in Melbourne before sale.
Once the container lands, every machine goes through a pre delivery inspection (PDI).

Support that doesn't end at delivery.

For parts under warranty:

1) A Rippa work order is filed.
2) Once assessed, Rippa freights parts directly to you.

For peace of mind:

We hold some common spare parts
We can call on our interstate network for parts availability

Important Information

Warranty details - Up to 12 months, RIPPA factory parts only warranty. Exclusions apply. Labour not included.
